I had such a blast being present at the Waves of Change and BreateandSplash event helping children of the community connect with our ocean. Watching their fear turn into curiosity and then pure joy was a moment that continues to fuel my desire to protect our ocean and waterways.
It was an additional reminder of the heart behind my mission, to be able to share the LOVE and respect I have for the beautiful gift of the ocean.

HAPPY EARTH DAY!!! What a joy it was to join the beachbucketfoundation for a beach clean up in my community on one of my favorite days of the year!!
Later on in the day, I joined FAU’s School of Environmental, Coastal, and Ocean Sustainability and got to hear an amazing band from Paraguay whose instruments are made from recycled materials like cans, scrap wood, oil drums, forks, pipes and bottle caps! I was AMAZED at how trash could turn into something SO beautiful!! It really shows the power of repurposing can be turned into something truly INCREDIBLE. I walked away feeling SO inspired by the talent from these students in Paraguay!

I had the pleasure of attending the Florida Marine Science Education Association 2026 President's Circle SciCafe and learning about the way science can be shown to communities through outreach, and through the POWER of storytelling. Hearing from Kelly Quinn (canvasofthewild) and Tom Fitz (schoolyardfilms) was a powerful reminder that science doesn't just live in data, it comes alive through storytelling. Their work shows why making science accessible matters. When people understand how their actions impact marine life, they act, and that action is what protects our oceans.

One of my favorite organizations and events, my sister queens and I joined the Palm Beach Best Buddies Organization for their annual Best Buddies Friendship Walk. It was a joy filled morning and I felt so grateful to see some of my favorite people walking together for inclusion and friendship. The energy was unreal from the starting line to the finish line, and there is absolutely nothing like being surrounded by people who believe in creating a more inclusive world. It was powerful, joyful, and one for the books.

After the Best Buddies Friendship Walk, I went over to Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach and had the pleasure of MCing Catwalk for Resource Depot! Resource Depot is one of my favorite stores in Palm Beach, as a creative reuse center, Resource Depot is all about giving new life to materials that would otherwise be thrown away. Local students in the area brought that mission to life on the runway with creative, beautiful and unique outfits all created with recycled materials. This was such an inspiring example of how creativity can help keep waste out of landfills.

I’ve had such a wonderful time getting to know so many incredible small businesses in Fort Lauderdale, and I’m especially grateful to partner with my favorite boutique, Green & Serene. From the moment you walk in, the store feels beautiful, calming, and effortlessly elevated—you leave feeling both relaxed and more confident in yourself.
I had the best time trying on so many gorgeous pieces and discovering styles that felt both timeless and intentional. For me, what I wear is about more than just an outfit—it’s a reflection of who I am and what I value. That’s why I love supporting women-owned businesses and brands that are committed to sustainability and thoughtful craftsmanship. Green & Serene embodies all of that so beautifully, and I’m honored to support a boutique that is making such a positive impact in our community.

As I look back on the month of April, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for every opportunity, event, and connection that came my way. It was a month filled with growth, new experiences, and so many moments that reminded me how blessed I am.
From attending incredible events, sharing my platform, and getting to know people in the community, each experience taught me something valuable and opened new doors. I never want to take these opportunities for granted, and I’m so thankful for everyone who welcomed me, encouraged me, and believed in me along the way.
